Centerpiece

Here is the centerpiece I created for Mallory's party. I cased this from convention (shocker!)! The paper is Sweetie Pie. It coordinates with the tray and the cups. (See below) To make the flowers, I cut 2-3 inch strips of 12x12 DP and scored them every 1/4 inch. It takes 2 12x12 strips to make a flower. Inside the tin (from Michael's) are Jelly Bellies (from Target). I love idea that they can snack from the centerpiece - seems like something from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - if only the flowers were edible! This took a lot longer to make than I had anticipated! I hope you like it!

You are simply amazing. Its all in the details baby!!!! I already have my party hat on. I can hardly wait to come and celebrate. You know, I'm one of the kids too!!! less 30+ years ha ha. You are going all out KL....WOW!! Like my grandmother used to say "putting on the dog." Woman, you never cease to amaze me. Your sweet daughters are so fortunate to have such a cool Mom and PA is hip too. (Big hugs David)! I love your circle of friends (flakes) card. Cool beans. You are never going to believe this.....I had Sami color the same snow people image tonight right before she went to bed. I guess great minds think a like!! Mummy would not bring me to any of the 3 big craft stores today. She said, NO...you have enough stuff and we are NOT going to store A, B, and C so don't even ask (along with that MOM look like NO). Yikes...I was scared to talk back!! I did get to go to CVS. Mean Mummy!! That's OK, my sister went to Michaels and A C Moore and bought me lots of goodies and it was a surprise. No bat punch though at Michael's so I'll be batting at the double birthday party!!! Tee hee. Hugs...see you on Sat. smooches from NH

This is so cute. You did such a great job on it. Love Jelly bellys too. I think I may of ended up eating the most of the centerpiece had I been working on it. :)
