Challenge #5 card #4

I was inspired by the bee man card layout. Seasonally speaking, my timing is off, but I do think this turned out cute. The pumpkin man is what started my A Muse stamp obsession. What started yours?

A-Muse-A-Palooza challenge #5 card #3

I love the bee man! I used an Amuse note card which makes an outdoor scene easy to create. The ribbon was originally black and white, so I colored it with a yo-yo yellow marker. This is a great trick to match your ribbon to your card colors. The ribbon is from Stampin' Up! and it really works great for Halloween, Christmas,... Let me know if you have tried this technique before. Thanks for looking!

These A Muse cards are fun to work with! I also adore All the A Muse shops. Here is what the A Muse village would look like :)!

I love this Heidi Swapp clock!

Heidi Swapp has such wonderful clock overlays, chipboard, tabs, and photo corners. The paper is from Chatterbox. This was fun to make and I will love seeing it in my craftroom!

I also love scrapbooking

The idea for this was from a scrabook magazine, I just can't remember which one... Creating Keepsakes? Anywho, I think this page tells a lot about me.

Challenge #4 Card #5

New York, NY...where I worked when I met my hubby~ I do love that city! This card represents my love for shopping in the Greatest City on Earth! The lettering punches were from the Cut-A-Creation press and punches form PebbleCreek Studios, LTD. The patterned paper is Basic Grey.

Flower Power

Okay, so maybe I'm taking the "flower power" idea a step too far. Once I get on a roll, it's hard to stop. After three flower power creations, what ideas do you have? I need inspiration to keep the flower power going! The flower man is made out of punches from Emagination and Family Treasures. Thanks for looking!

Amuse challenge #4 card #4

Okay, so now I'm getting carried away (or inspired) by the Flower Power stamps :)! The bus is making it up the hill by sheer flower power. lol! The flowers near the words "flower power" are from All Night Media.

Amuse Challenge #4 card #3

This card was made with fiskars squeeze punches and the same All Night Media punch I used on the Madeline house stamp card. I really like the color combo on this one. The bling is from Heidi Swapp and the paper is from Stampin' Up! (Marigold morning, rose red, certainly celery and bashful blue). If any of you have been making cards for the challenges, please email me! I am thinking of doing some blog candy soon! Keep looking! and thanks!

Father's Day is around the corner

I made this card for my stamp club to make for Father's Day. I have a hard time making man cards. It uses the Loads of Love and the Loads of Love Assesories Stampin'Up! sets. The paper and ribbon are True Tyme (retiring - boo hoo). What do you think?

Fun at the Rubber Stamp & Scrapbook Expo in St.Paul

Yesterday, KH, Kathy Volner and I had a play date at the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in St. Paul, MN. There were some great vendors and fabulous make -n- takes! Now that's my kind of play date! I met fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator Shelly Stark. I left feeling so inspired and ready to create...but my 11 year old Morgan got sick at school on a field trip! Needless to say, my creative juices will need to be bottled until tomorrow! :)
